At Ride Style Shop, we stand behind our performance-driven cycling, climbing, and outdoor apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to get you back on the trail, road, or rock with gear that fits your adventure.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Certain items marked as final sale cannot be returned (see exceptions below)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Cycling Underwear & Base Layers (due to intimate contact)
- Gloves (both cycling and outdoor varieties)
- Headwear (including caps and multifunctional cloth items)
- All final sale items clearly marked during checkout
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request using the template below
- Wait for Approval – Our Jackson-based team will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions
- Package Your Items – Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice
- Ship Your Return – Send to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
- International customers: You may be responsible for any additional customs fees
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Our error (wrong item shipped)
- Defective merchandise
For international returns outside the US, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ride Style Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
