Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available to most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

International Shipping Notes

We ship globally except to certain Asian and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Additional processing time at customs

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process to get you adventure-ready.

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Condition requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cycling Underwear & Base Layers (all varieties)
  • Gloves (both cycling and outdoor)
  • Headwear (including caps and multifunctional cloth items)
  • All final sale items (clearly marked during checkout)

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Jackson-based team will respond within 2 business days with authorization
  3. Package Items: Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
  • International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise
  • For international returns outside the US, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Ride Style Shop is not responsible for items lost in transit

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:
